RETURN POLICY

Are the products returnable?

Yes, all products are returnable within India, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.


Return Terms & Conditions:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated via email at zenbellaainfo@gmail.com.

  • Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Once a product has been delivered and worn, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. The customer assumes full responsibility for the product post-delivery and usage.

  • Returns will be accepted only after approval from our quality check team and only if the product aligns with our policy.

  • Zenbella reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not comply with these terms.


DAMAGED GOODS

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

On what grounds can I return a damaged product?

Returns are not accepted for color or fabric variations due to lighting or screen differences. However, if the product has physical damage (e.g., torn fabric) as delivered, it will be eligible for return—provided it has not been worn or used.

Return Conditions for Damaged Goods:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged besides the defect reported.

  • The original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The original receipt or invoice must be included with the return package.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order only before it has been packed or dispatched. Once an order is packed, cancellation is not possible.

What happens if I cancel frequently?

Repeated cancellations may result in your account being blacklisted from future orders on Zenbella.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Is size exchange available?

Yes, size exchanges are accepted on all products.

How to request a size exchange?

Contact us via email at zenbellaainfo@gmail.com with your size requirement and order details. Once approved by our team, you should send the product to the address below.

Who bears the shipping cost for exchanges?

The customer is responsible for any courier charges incurred when returning the product.

What is the time window to request an exchange?

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

How is the exchange processed?

Once we receive your returned product:

  • It will be set aside for 24 hours before inspection.

  • After a successful quality check, the exchange process will begin, and a replacement product will be dispatched.

Can I exchange a product more than once?

No, each product is eligible for only one exchange.


REFUND POLICY

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not processed via bank transfer (for both COD and prepaid orders).
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as a discount code/gift voucher to your Zenbella account for future purchases.

Is a refund possible due to fabric texture or color perception issues?

No. We do not offer refunds for variations in fabric texture or color perception that may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

How to initiate a return for a gift voucher(refund)?

  1. Contact us via email at zenbellaainfo@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Share clear images of the product (with tags intact) and the reason for the return.

  3. Upon approval, ship the product to the return address below.

When will I receive the refund (gift voucher)?

Once the returned product successfully clears our quality check, the store credit will be added to your Zenbella Wallet within 7 working days.
